The results of theoretical researches of transformation of wave’s amplitude at the plane shore zone are presented in paper. It’s assumed that dissipation of wave’s energy being consequence of dissipative interaction harmonic waves and bottom take place in laminar boundary layer.

The registration’s method of waved water surface slopes is developed. According to this method electric signals from double gauge of water’s levels being on distance one from another equaled 40 – 50 cm supply in equipment with subtraction signals, resulting signals entrance into resulting gauge. The method has been used on beach of the Rybinsk reservoir.

In according to analyzing of registration’s results of wind waves parameters obtained by investigators having realized their research on natural reservoirs and imitations one authors of this paper have determined and proved that in deep water reservoirs there are two (bat not one) based systems of gravitation waves being developed under wind action, there are essential distinguishes between properties of these systems.

Exposed facts and new theoretic ideas let look at processes of wind wave’s development in a new fashion in all. According to this idea of wave’s developments in laboratories, lakes, reservoirs there is only one system named before resonance. Such system dominants in such small reservoirs but in sea there are two systems, i.e. there are before resonance and resonance ones, while in ocean there are three systems, i.e. there are before resonance, resonance and supper resonance ones.

Investigation’s results of surface’s waves changes on the beach of Rybinsk reservoir are presented in this paper. It’s suggested that spectral components can be transformed as independent ones. The transformations of spectral components of wave’s spectra and spectra at all are discussed in the paper.

The investigations are carried out in the reservoir of Rybinsk with registrations in 9 points being moved off shore from 17m to 320m. The wave spectra for 9 points along the fetch and the wind velocity profiles were obtained. It is found that in the spectra of generated waves there are two maximums. The obtained data about growth of the spectral components of energy have been compared with the Miles - Phillips theory.

The results of measurements of main statistical characteristics of wind waves in the shore zone of water reservoir, such as: the period corresponding to the maximum of frequency spectrum, mean wave period and length, mean trough length, general direction of wave propagation, dispersions of heights and slopes, coef¬ficient of three-dimensionality and so on are presented.

The results of theoretical researches of resonance development of long waves part of wind waves spectra are presented. It‘s found that the form of long waves part of wind waves spectra of energy has the Gaussian curve. Comparisons of theoretical researches with experimental one are shown that the resonance conditions control grows of long waves part of wind waves spectra, value of spectra maximum is determined by average of wind velocity and is not depended from duration of wind action and wave’s dispersal, energy of long waves part of wind waves spectra rise linearly with duration.
